Service Scheduling and Policies
- Full prepayment for a 12-month cleaning schedule is required at the time of booking
- Services are scheduled on a 28-day rotation.
- Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if you need to make any changes to your scheduled cleaning.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of that service. These cancellations are non-refundable, and rescheduling will require prepayment at the standard service rate.
- If the company needs to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and prioritize your service for the next available opening.
- If more than one consecutive service is skipped, additional charges may apply.
- Please note that this service is non-transferable and non-refundable.
