Please have items like dishes, laundry, and toys cleared away as best as possible so we have the best possible access to each area of each room to be cleaned
Pets and/or children should be supervised, or in an area that is safe for them and our technicians at least for the first couple cleans so they can get comfortable with us being there.
Dirt Divas Cleaning Service will supply all the products we will need to properly clean your home!
Nope! We just need to know the best way to enter your home and we will take care of the rest!
Some homeowners give us a door/garage code. Some give us a key, whatever you are comfortable with, we will do.
We currently accept payment by cash, check and cards.
There is a small fee for card payments.
Everyone is required to add a valid card on file no matter what form of payment you choose.
We will email you a card authorization form, simply fill that out within 24 hours and then we will be able to secure your spot!
Yes! Each employee Dirt Divas Cleaning Service hires is carefully vetted!
We ask that you call within 48 hours prior to your service so we have time to adjust our employees schedule, or you will be charged half the price of your cleaning.
If you cancel the day of your cleaning, you will be charged full price.
We have set this date and time specifically for you and Our employees really count on their hours.

No, customers can cancel service at any time however, any services owed must be paid in full within 7 business days
