Dirt Divas Cleaning Service is looking for team members who:

• Schedule will be limited hours 10-20 hours per week for the first 30 days until you have proven that you are ready to tackle more jobs
• You will be working alongside the trainer for the first week to make sure you are as successful as possible at cleaning houses.
• After the second week we will send you on your own, with a limited schedule- we will conduct house checks for each home just to ensure we have trained you in properly and that you have full understanding on what needs to be done.
• We will do our best to schedule you with the same homes, so you get a chance to become familiarized in your environment and it gives the homeowners time to get to know you and gives them peace of mind knowing who is coming to their home
• Must be comfortable working SOLO
• Occasionally, you will be working with other team members on bigger jobs

• Pay ranges from $14 - $24 pr hr.
• weekly pay through direct deposit 
• Pay starts at $14 per hour for the first week of training 
• Customer tips that are yours to keep
